DIBS BoS is constituted as per AICTE rules under Section 23 of the AICTE Act, 1987. The BoS is responsible for formulating and recommending policies, guidelines, and regulations for PGDM programs. The Board includes representatives from industry, professional bodies, subject experts, and academic institutions.
